Presentations will be made to the students of the winning works of art submitted by fine art students from all over New Zealand. Judged by John Daly-Peoples, art critic and columnist for the National Business Review.

This evening is the formal opening of Artworks by Mayor John Banks at 7pm, followed by the opportunity to be the first to view and the first to buy. |
CAVALIER BREMWORTH NZ ART of GLASS AWARDS - Presentation of Awards
Tuesday, 26 August 2008, 6pm. $55
Presentation of the awards for decorative glass and glass jewellery will be made by a senior executive of Cavalier Bremworth supported by the judges. This year’s glass artists will compete for awards of $6,000.

PATRONS BLACK TIE DINNER
Thursday, 28 August 2008, 7pm. $250 
Enjoy a sumptuous meal amidst a visual feast - in the form of hundreds of works of art. The proceeds of this event will provide funding for specific areas of community need. The evening will include a charity auction.

KONICA MINOLTA SECONDARY SCHOOL ARTIST AWARD

The best artworks from Auckland secondary schools will be judged by Natalie O’Connor for a prize value of $5,000. All student art will be available for purchase.
